ADULT GROUP FITNESS CLASSES- WINTER 2025
Join us for a variety of Adult Group Fitness classes.
SUNDAY FUNDAY:
Bring the "Fun"day to Sunday and join Liisa for this drop in circuit class! Prepare to work your full body using a variety of equipment (TRX, Balls, Bosus, Ladders, etc!). Stay for a half an hour, or stay for all 3! Sundays are meant for working out at your own pace.... you do you!
FULL BODY FITNESS:
Full body fitness is a circut based class focusing on resistance training with weight. This class consists of lots of compound movements to work your whole body. As well as cardio, accessory work, mobility, stretching and more. This class is designed to get you moving your body at your own pace and working every muscle!
FRIDAY NIGHT FITNESS:
Why not close out the week with a treat for your body? A full body workout! Drop by anytime between 4-7 p.m. and you are sure to be met with a great workout with one of our trainers.
This circut based class can accommodate beginners while still having many challenges offered for regular gym-goers. SMC's adult group fitness space gives you a bird's eye view of our pinja floor so while your little one is having their own training session, you can have some "you" time all while being able to check-in on your child.
