Pint Sized Parties at SMC - Coming This Summer!
We’re thrilled to introduce Pint Sized Pinja Parties this July and August! These fun-filled events are perfect for kids ages 3-10 and will take place on Saturday mornings.
TIme Slots:
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
For the first hour, coaches will lead your group of participants through an absolutely age-scaled combination of Parkour, Ninja Warrior and bouldering skills. You and your party peeps will then head to our Party Room where you get to call the shots; decorate it your way and serve the food and beverages that work best for your group! You will have access to a fridge/freezer, tables, chairs. After celebrating in our party room, the coach will bring your group back to the gym for 30 more minutes of activity! This is party goers’ chance to “try it all”! Your coach will continue to supervise in order to keep everyone safe as well as offer guidance and move equipment around as necessary.
The party runs for 2 hours in total. The host will be given a SMC silicone wrist band for each attendee. We ask that your participants wear this band for the duration of the party. (Larger items such as water bottles, t-shirts and sport bags can be added for a fee. Just ask!)
It’s the perfect combination of physical fun and celebration, all under the guidance of our awesome coaches! There are only 7 available Saturdays this summer - avoid disappointment and book now!
The Details:
One Coach Party: includes 10 participants & 2 supervising adults

price for 10 participants (one coach) $349 + gst, $50 deposit required upon booking,
additional participants (up to 15 total) can be added for $20 per person, additional parents $10 per person
Two Coach Party: includes 20 participants & 4 supervising adults

price for 20 kids (two coaches) $449+ gst, $100 deposit required upon booking,
additional participants (up to 25 total) can be added for $20 per person, additional parents $10 per person
90 minutes activity, 30 minutes in the party room
Client is responsible for bringing all food, beverages, cutlery, napkins, etc.
Everyone must wear clean indoor running shoes
Clients will be provided with a wrist band for each participant to wear for the duration of the party and take home!

To secure a birthday party booking, a $50-100 deposit is required. Until the deposit is received (either in person or via credit card over the phone), the requested time slot is open to be booked by the first person to put down a deposit. Upon booking, you will be asked if you require one or two instructors. We require 7 days minimum of changes either way (i.e. booked 2 instructors, and only need one) otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
Deposit is forfeited if birthday party is cancelled less than 7 days prior to date booked. If cancelled with more than 7 days notice, deposit can be moved to another day or will be put onto SMC account.
